Hi! I am an Athens Ga. native who recently relocated to Portland. My career as a hairstylist has allowed me to travel the United States and expand my perception of style, now I am ready to put down some roots and call this wonderful city my home! I have a homegrown background in art and theater, but my love for hairstyling started as soon as I got my first pair of safety scissors. I thank my little sister for being a good sport and a fantastic guinea pig. I have been building my portfolio since 1998 to include work with several artists and musicians on photography and video projects. I hold licenses in several states and I have style credits in Surface, Spin, and Magnet magazines as well as several independent film projects. My education includes extensive apprenticeships for extension techniques in California and post graduate schooling with Redken, Vidal Sassoon, and Pivot Point. I am proficient with all manner of hair styles from sleek, precision bobs to loose romantic looks. I am also well versed in a wide variety of color lines, up-dos for formal occasion, and several different extension techniques.
