About Dirty Little Secret Salon

In the spring of 1999, David Kennedy and Lucynda Beth Thompson opened Dirty Little Secret Salon in the Hollywood District. David has since pursued his personal goals apart from the salon and in 2004 Amie Zimmerman stepped in as co-owner. Now located in Boise-Elliot just a few blocks from the Broadway district, the six-chair salon boasts eight stylists and stellar reviews from critics and clients alike.

Dirty Little Secret Salon provides an environment in which persons from all walks of life are honored and supported by stylists who perform quality services that truly express the unique individualism our community exhibits.

To those of us that work at this salon, it is more of a family than a business. As owners, we feel that the relationships we have with our stylists contribute to the overall charm of Dirty Little Secret and only hire those stylists that we know will impact the salon positively, both with skill and charisma. Our stylists are all internally driven to continue their education and update their skills because of the openly supportive environment we pull together to create.
